Edenbridge Tennis Club is associated with several organizations both provincially and municipally.


City of Toronto Parks and Recreation

This club is operated on City of Toronto grounds.  Edenbridge Tennis Club obtains a permit each year to operate the club on these premises.  The club is governed by the City of Toronto's Outdoor rules and regulations (see policy page).

 

Ontario Tennis Association

The Ontario Tennis Association promotes participation in tennis as part of a healthy lifestyle and encourages the pursuit of excellence for all players.  The OTA provides clubs such as Edenbridge Tennis Club with many different types of resources required to operate.

Tennis Toronto

Tennis Toronto is the largest regional committee of the Ontario Tennis Association (OTA), covering the former City of Toronto, Borough of East York, City of York and Etobicoke. The mission of Tennis Toronto is to promote tennis in the Central and West Toronto Region of the OTA.

 

InterCounty Tennis Association

The InterCounty Tennis Association is a non-profit organization responsible for the facilitation and coordination of regional, competitive, inter-club tennis leagues in the Greater Toronto and surrounding areas.  The organization's mandate is to promote competitive tennis for all levels and age groups in the region, with a focus on sportsmanship, camaraderie and tennis excellence.

 

Proset Autism

Proset Autism is a charity that offers a unique sports program for people with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder, including Asperger’s, PDD-NOS, Classic Autism), ADHD and Down Syndrome. The method combines sport with the teaching of five universal skills: Joint attention, Motor development, Socio-emotional skills, Motivation, and Participation.
